Three years ago, the founder's elderly dog was suffering from joint problems. To alleviate its pain, he tried almost every pet nutrition product on the market, but he couldn't find one that gave him peace of mind: some had unclear ingredients, making them unreliable; others seemed effective, but didn't address the root cause of the problem. Watching his dog's unsteady gait, he was filled with heartache and regret—why couldn't there be a truly transparent, pure, and effective pet nutrition product?
