<p>We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.</p>
<p><strong>Eligibility</strong><br>To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.</p>
<p><strong>How to Start a Return</strong><br>Please contact petnourishs@petnourishs.com before sending any item back. If your return is eligible, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.</p>
<p><strong>Return Shipping Costs</strong><br>For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.</p>
<p><strong>Refunds</strong><br>After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.</p>
